＞Main Character

I use smudge tool and adjust the strength to 35% to make this 毛毛 feeling. 

This is the outline and the base color of my main character, I draw it's eye-nose-mouth first. Then I found and use different brushes to draw many layers of the animal's fur.

Spread Fur, Fine Fur and Thick Fur, these three brushes I use the most in this part.

I try to add highlight (use warm color) or shadow (I use gray color).

＞Background

I try less saturated for the whole background to make my character stand out...
